Bull Pine Haven 3D Archery Shoot

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY The undersigned participant (“Participant”) desires to access certain real property which is owned and/or operated by Meredith Red Angus LLP and Bull Pine Haven, LLC (collectively, “the Companies”), for purposes of participating in recreational activities as described herein. Participant acknowledges that such recreational activities are by their nature dangerous, and assumes all risk associated with said activities. Participant agrees that this document is sufficient warning of dangerous conditions, risks and hazards including, but not limited to: poisonous snakes, insects and spiders, use of blinds and tree stands, risk of drowning arising from use of boats as well as proximity to or being in fast moving and/or deep water, dangers associated erosion and general condition of land both on and off roadways, hazardous and dangerous driving and walking conditions, animals both wild and domestic which may be diseased and/or potentially dangerous, hazards associated with persons using archery equipment or firearms within close proximity of Participant, Participant’s own use of archery equipment or firearms, motorized vehicles, livestock including horses, and engaging in athletics and adventure activities including but not limited to basketball and ziplines. The undersigned expressly assumes all such dangers, risks and hazards. Participant further agrees for himself or herself, and his or her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, that in the event any claims for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death shall be filed or prosecuted against the Companies, or any of their agents, servants, employees, volunteers, or other persons connected with the Companies for any act or acts of the undersigned, that the undersigned shall defend, indemnify and save the Companies harmless from any and all claims or causes of action by whomever or wherever made or presented. Participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Companies, and their respective agents, employees, volunteers, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action and damages including attorney fees, resulting from any accident, incident, occurrence arising out of the activities contemplated herein, whether or not caused by the Companies, or their agents, employees, or volunteers, or by their negligence or gross negligence. Participant agrees that Participant’s heirs, successors and assigns, to include Participant’s estate, will not make any claim or institute any suit or action at law or in equity against the Companies, or their respective heirs, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, successors or assigns. Participant understands and agrees to abide by all state game laws, as well as all local, state and federal laws at all times. Participant has completely read this agreement on behalf of himself, herself or the below named minor, understands it thoroughly, agrees to comply with all requirements therein, and assumes full responsibility for any injury, death or property damage which may result in connection with the hunting and/or fishing activities contemplated herein.
